h52inr - convert a HDF5/ITK image to Inrimage.

SYNOPSYS

h52inr [h5-file] [-i|output] [-d %d]

DESCRIPTION

h52inr HDF5/ITK is converted without limitation to Inrimage. The HDF5 Image interface is not yet supported.

AVAILABLE OPTIONS

-i: just display info on HDF5 header
-d %d: Select the image directory. Default is 0

LIMITATIONS

- the command can not read from stdin.
