PEQUAN : Performance and Quality of Numerical Algorithms

PEQUAN (whose acrynom means Performance and Quality of Numerical Algorithms) is a team of the department of Scientific Computing of the Computer Science Laboratory LIP6.

It is structured in four axies. The first is involved in numerical computation, errors induced by the representation of real number in a computer and impacts into numerical algorithms. The second axis is interested in symbolic-numeric computation. The goal of the third axis is to develop new numerical algorithms for parallel and grid computing. The last axis is devoted to computer vision applied on medical data.
